Sadly, this is far too early to involve Duncan Norvelle (ask your grandparents) but what it is, is a Brian Rix farce from 1964.

Apparently, this was a thing back in the day and without the benefit of having seen it, what with me not being born when it played, I assume it involved some Cold War misunderstandings and people randomly going in and out of doors.
